Return & Refund Policy

At Flavoured Love, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping model, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible for Return/Replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade finishing)

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery


⏱ Reporting an Issue (Very Important)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at support@flavouredlove.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


💰 Refunds

Once your request is approved:

✔ Approved Refund Options:

  • Full refund to the original payment method, or

  • Replacement product (sent free of cost)

Refunds are processed only after verification of photos/videos.

⏳ Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • The credited amount may take 3–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders placed with promotional discounts (unless damaged/defective)


📦 Shipping Costs on Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we bear the cost.

  • If return is requested for any other reason (not approved), shipping costs are non-refundable.


🛃 Customs & Delivery Issues

  • Customs delays, import duties, or local taxes are beyond our control and not grounds for refunds.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may result in delivery failure and is not refundable.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
