We offer free tracked shipping on all orders, anywhere in the world. Your items are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–20 days. Exact timing depends on your location and local customs clearance. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs, local courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it in real time.

Customs, duties & taxes

Most orders arrive with no additional charges. In some countries, local customs may apply import duties or taxes. These are set by your government, are the customer’s responsibility, and are outside our control.

Delayed or missing orders
